Home Expo 2010
18
Hi everyone, it’s me again, Anthony. I just got back from the Home Expo 2010 Show down at the BMO Centre in Calgary, Alberta and I believe this is the first show of the year directed towards the housing industry. Home Expo is one of Calgary’s premier home, renovation and décor shows, this year featuring such personalities as Sarah Richardson (host of Sarah’s House on HGTV) and John Sillaots and Reena Nerbas. The show was very diverse this year and even included a section featuring Recreation and Investment Properties. I must say that it was really busy this year and having talked to some of the bathroom renovation sales reps and business owners down there, according to them, things seem to be picking up pretty good as we enter into 2010. One business owner even told me that compared to similar shows he had attended last September and October 2009, this year he was able to make twice the contacts and leads than last year, so he was definitely a happy camper!
"Summary: Bath Renovation newbie or a seasoned home improvement trades person, Home Expo is one of the premier home decor and remodeling trade shows for the housing and construction industry."

I wasn’t able to head down to the Home Expo show until late Sunday due to prior engagements but I was still able to secure a few interviews with some of the bathroom and renovation vendors down there. I will be posting up these interviews in the next coming days. So if you are interested in what is going on in the fast-paced residential construction industry, come back soon to listen to what they have to say about their products, services and trends in the bathroom industry. Home Expo is a great place to start and try to get the pulse of the building and construction trends for the upcoming year. Lots to choose from, tons to see, it’s definitely worth checking out if you plan on upgrading your residence.

As a side note to the exhibitors that I did not return to whom promised me an interview I apologize because I ran out of time as the exhibit was closing, you have my card, so if you would still like to be included on the Bathroomguru Review site please don’t hesitate to contact myself or Eric via email and we will work something out. As to the rest of you, stay tuned, I’m sure you’ll enjoy hearing what some of these vendors have to say as much as I enjoyed interviewing them.
